Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Portugal to Portugal, Spain and most of Europe. The cost is calculated from your delivery address at checkout, so you see the exact amount before you pay. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days; every delivery time on this page is carrier transit time on top of that, counted from the day your parcel leaves us.
Mainland Portugal: €5.00, one working day. Madeira and the Azores: €18.00 by air, about three working days. Mainland Spain: €5.50, two to three working days. The Balearics: €29.50 by air, about three working days. We do not deliver to the Canaries, Ceuta or Melilla.
€14.00 to Germany, France and Monaco. €15.50 to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. €19.00 to Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Romania. €39.00 to Cyprus, Malta and Sweden. Transit takes two to eight working days depending on the country. If a country is not in the checkout menu, we cannot ship there yet.
For deliveries inside the EU there is nothing further to pay: the amount at checkout is the full amount. Destinations outside the EU customs union, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man, may be charged import duty or local VAT on delivery. Those charges are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient. We cannot calculate them at checkout or cover them.
